What you keep
You keep the land. You keep the Airbnb listing. You keep the permit, the insurance, and the tax reporting on the full booking. You set the prices. You set what the Steward is paid. You decide which tasks you want done.
A Saba Steward tends the calendar, the guest messages, and the turnover. Housekeeping is booked with the maid service you name, in the window between checkout and the next check-in.
Airbnb pays that Steward through the payout you set on your listing. Saba Cooperative does not receive the booking money.
The stay is lodging. It can include an event the owner allows. No proselytizing. The home should already look like itself: wood, stone, plant, linen, clay, honest photographs of the actual rooms.
If the place is a guesthouse, a cabin, an ADU, a yurt, or a retreat room that is sitting unused, it can still be reviewed. An existing listing stays as it is.
We review the property and answer with alignment, a specific gap, or a no.
