Financial Matters

At Saba Cooperative, projects and offerings are initiated either by individuals or through collaborative circles. Each offering is autonomous in structure, maintaining responsibility for its own finances, logistics, and tax compliance. The cooperative itself does not receive or manage revenue from these offerings. Instead, financial contributions to the cooperative are made voluntarily, especially when shared infrastructure, member support, or resources have been utilized.

Steward fees for aligned homes follow that same line. Airbnb pays the named Steward, through its co-host payout, on the owner’s listing. The cooperative’s general funds are not the payout method. The written terms are in the Steward agreement.
